Issue/Introduction

CloudHealth's current platform frontend libraries will not implement tooltips if they detect a touch-enabled browser.

There is a workaround to have tooltips display within the platform by disabling touch events within your preferred browser.  Below are examples of how to do this with Chrome and Firefox:
