If you are using Spanish language may have this problem. The PAM Client under Spanish Latin America, Spanish Colombia or Spanish Mexico language and on the machine, if you do the RDP via PAM Client using Spanish Latin America, Spanish Mexico or Spanish Colombia.
By pressing the "|" key During the RDP session, this key is not shown, and the keyboard stops working, making it necessary to press the "Windows" key to release the keyboard.
A way to get around and always switch on the Desktop temporarily to the ENG (English) language so that the keyboard allows you to write the character "|" and the keyboard from RDP session does not lock.
The issue was discovered in Privileged Access Manager 4.1.5, but may affect other 4.1.x versions as well.
This issue will be resolved in the 4.2 release. If upgrading to 4.2 is not an option, please open a case with Broadcom Support to review the possibility of getting a hotfix for this issue.
