Dashboard Designer page not found after restarting wasp on Operator Console robot

Issue/Introduction

After restarting the wasp probe on the operator console robot, we are seeing a Page Not Found error on the Dashboard Designer.   It was working prior to the restart.

No errors are seen in the logs.

Environment

UIM 20.4 CU4

Cause

dashboard webapp failed to load

Resolution

- highlight the wasp probe in Infrastructure Manager and press CTRL+P to bring up the probe utility
- run the callback "stop_webapp" and provide the parameter "dashboard" for the webapp name
- run the callback "start_webapp" and again provide "dashboard" as the parameter

If this does not resolve the issue you may need to re-deploy the package 'ump_dashboard' from your DX UIM Archive to the Operator Console robot.
