Issue/Introduction

How to disable the knowledge search popup windows while creating a ticket from the employee self service. 

 

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Resolution

To disable this feature follow these below steps : 
Login to Service Desk web interface as administrator, then Administration-->Options Manager and set the prompt for knowledge option to no.


Recycle CA Service desk services.
