SLA viewer shows confusing results for Non Compliance SLAs

Issue/Introduction

The "Top 5 SLA" page displays confusing information. When "non compliance" is selected, and there is no non-compliant SLA, the "None of the SLAs met compliance" text is displayed, which is the opposite of the expected result.
