Issue/Introduction

Is it possible in xFlow to define a workstream that uses the LIKE operator?  Operators such as EQUALS, IS NOT, IS NULL, and IS NOT NULL are present, but no LIKE operator

Environment

Release 17.3 or higher
CA Service Desk Manager

Resolution

The LIKE operator is omitted from the xFlow interface itself by design.  One can go into the xFlow configurations in the Classic UI to setup a custom workstream that is tied to an existing scoreboard node that uses the LIKE operator

Additional Information

Usage of the LIKE operator is discouraged due to the potential of an expensive and labour intensive query being created that can lead to a performance issue with SDM
