Steps to upgrade the SSLv appliance from S550-5 to S550-10
Environment
Symantec SSL Visibility (SSLv)
Resolution
- Login to Broadcom Support Portal and select the division Cyber Security Software
- Click on the My Entitlements Click on the appropriate appliance type for the concerned serial number.
- Click on the License button for the corresponding appliance serial number

- Activate the upgrade license and link the available targeted Upgrade Part to the appliance

- Download the license after the newly added/linked with the Upgrade.
- Load license to the SSLv appliance. the appliance should display 550-10 now.
