Data Warehouse takes hours to run due to slow load time for DWH_FIN_PLAN_LN, DWH_INV_TEAM_LN, and others

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Enable these options in System Options  - Date Warehouse Options
Include Weekly Period Data                    - Checked
Include Monthly Period Data                    - Checked
Include Fiscal Period Data                    - Checked
Consistent Fiscal Periods across Entities    - Unchecked
Include only financial Plan of Record        - Unchecked

2- Run an Incremental Load Data Warehouse.
3- The job takes a long time (2+ hours) on: DWH_FIN_PLAN_LN
