Menu options in OC are lost when clicking on the Top 10 section of the Alarms page

Issue/Introduction

Click into 'Top 10' breaks dialogs in Alarms page.

1. Open the Alarms page in OC
2. Select something in the section labeled 'Top 10'



This will then filter the alarms down to the item that was selected.

3. Click on the 3 dots (elipsis) next to one of the devices that is listed in the 'Device Name' column, and it will no longer display a pulldown but a small square:

This will also drastically reduce the page specific options:

The issue has been resolved in UIM 23.4 and 23.4CU1

Additional Information

To workaround the issue, you can simply do an F5 to reload the page. The dialogs should now have all of the options available.
