'Usage' remaining hours excludes Actuals posted on 'Assignment by Resource' modal page.

Issue/Introduction

'Remaining' calculations in the 'Usage' column on the modal page in Staffing --> 'Assignment by Resource' display incorrect values when Actuals do exist.
 Remaining values from 'ETC' are simply copied over to the 'Usage' column.
 Same behaviour also exist on the 'Assignments by Investment' section

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Project with start / Finish dates 1 Jan 2024 - 31 Dec 2024
2. Allocate a labour resource to the project and assign to a task.
3. Post some Timesheet hours hours for the resource eg: in the month of March 2024
4. Run Time Slicing and Time Slicing Sync jobs
5. Go to Staffing --> 'Assignment by Resource' page. Ensure that in the 'View Options' page, 'Actuals', 'ETC' and 'Usage' are selected under the 'Assignments Display' section.
6. On the Staffing --> 'Assignment by Resource' page - in the 'Resource Availability' section, double click on the name of the labour resource allocated to project in step two (2) above to open            modal page.

Expected:  Remaining' hours in the 'Usage' column will factor in the calculation the number of hours posted in Timesheet 
Actual: 'Remaining' hours in the 'Usage' column is simply copied from 'ETC' column excluding the 'Actuals' posted.
