Issue/Introduction

Message error:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Access is denied.
Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. You might not have permission to view the requested resources.

Error message 401.3: You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied (access denied due to Access Control Lists). Ask the Web server's administrator to give you access to 'E:\CA\NFA\Reporter\NetQoS.ReporterAnalyzer.WebSite\web'.

Cause

The Users Group was removed in Security CA folder

Resolution

Add Users Group in Security CA folder:
 
In Windows Explore select right click in CA folder, select Properties / Security / Edit / Add / Location and select local device and not domain, select  Ok, In "Enter the object name to select" inform Users then Check Names after select Ok
