The Calendar has no week 1 in 2024 or 2029

With specific settings week 1 is not correctly identified in 2024 and 2029.
This happens in 2024 and 2029 when the first day of the year is a Monday and with the following settings in UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS:
- FIRST_WEEK_METHOD=1 (week that has January 1st) or 4 (week that includes 4 first days)
- FIRST_DAY_OF_WEEK=2 (Monday)
With those settings, CW=1 does not exist in AWI.
For instance, if you create a weekly calendar set to every 2nd Wednesday, the first event is on the 10th of January instead of the 3rd.
If you create a weekly calendar with every 4th, which starts in week CW=11, the first event is in week 12
As a consequence, a run can be missed at the beginning of the year.
