Post Upgrade to Patch 16.2.1.1, Status Report Field 'Report Status' Does Not Reflect Change

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to patch 16.2..1.1, the Report Status appears to revert back to 'Draft' when set to 'Final'

Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to the Project > Status Report > Preview
2. Set the field 'Report Status' from Draft to Final

Expected: The field should reflect the change and persist.
Actual: The status does not change as it used to in prior 16.2.1 base version.

Note: There is a slight font change, where it becomes one dpi larger.

Workaround: Navigate away to a different page/module and come back into the report.
