ConnectALL field is not syncing between Jira and Rally

Issue/Introduction

We have created field mapping for a Jira custom field between Jira and Rally.

For some issues it works, but for others it gets skipped and doesn't propagate the changes from Jira to Rally.

Cause

This issue was caused by adding the field to the automation after the original sync between Jira and Rally occurred.

Resolution

• Running a full sync for the automation fixed this issue.  
• It would also be possible to perform a sync back to a specific date for an automation (The date for the rerun would be the day previous to the date the field was added to the automation field configuration. 
• Note*** restart the ConnectALL core service to clear out any stale cache before running a full sync.
