Calculator not working for Cloud Proxy

Issue/Introduction

The calculator for the Cloud Proxy metric "Active Connections Count" is not working.

When creating a metric grouping, we can see values in it:

When creating a calculator from this metric grouping, we can see values in the right-hand area graph, but whatever we select on the left (sum/interval or sum/count) with a correct path to metrics, the metrics generated are always 0:

Resolution

This calculator issue with cloudproxy metrics is a known limitation with cloudproxy metrics being directly sent to NASS and not going through EM. We already have plans to improve the calculation engine for better address such limitations in a future release later this year.
