An agent does not start after a manual upgrade of an agent. The error message below is present in the agent's log:

CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine: Agent v21.x
The agent's certificates were not copied from the previous version to the new version.
There are two options:
Option 1:
Please take the three(3) certificates from the installation of the previous version in the path /<Agent_installation><previousversion>/bin/security . Then, put them in /<Agent_installation_New version>/bin/security.
Option 2:
-Remove the agent from the Client 0
-Restart the agent
