Issue/Introduction

How do we adjust log output for DnsProxyWSLog, as we are encountering heavy log usage

Resolution

Adjustments can be made in the following folder:

Edit C:\CA\NFA\REPORTER\NetQoS.ReporterAnalyzer.WebService\Web.config file

1, Change "ProductSyncWS.LogAllData" key value to "true"
2. Change Severity to 6
<setProperties Severity="4"/>

3. Restart Manager & Reporter services
4. Request a resync with NFA from NetOps Portal
5. Wait for the error to reappear into the ProdcutSyncWSLog.
6. Set the logging back and restart services
7. Grab a copy of ProductSyncWSLog and WebServiceQueryLog from D:/CA/NFA/Reporter/logs, and upload this back into the support ticket.
