BDC package not updating on DS Package servers

Issue/Introduction

After building/rebuilding new preboot or PXE configurations, DS package servers are not downloading updated BDC package

Environment

DS 8.x

Cause

In at least one instance of this issue, the BDC package source on the Symantec Management Console is pointed to the wrong directory on the Notification Server

Resolution

In the Symantec Management Console, navigate to Settings > All Settings > Deployment > Packages > BDC.

If the package source is a local directory on Notification Server the the default location for this package on the NS is \Program Files\Altiris\Deployment\BDC.
