Issue/Introduction

You have a failed process and want to delete it but the option isn't available.  How can we delete a process that has an error?

Environment

All supported releases

Resolution

You will need to skip the step that had an error to be able to delete.

Steps

  1. Log into Clarity - Classic View
  2. Go to Administration>>Data Administration>>Processes
  3. Click on the Initiated tab and Search for the process
  4. Click the flag under Messages
  5. Check the box next to the failed steps
  6. Click the 'Skip Problem' button
  7. In the Initiated tab, check the box next to the process
  8. Click 'Delete'
