Failed process cannot be deleted

Issue/Introduction
You have a failed process and want to delete it but the option isn't available. How can we delete a process that has an error?
Resolution
You will need to skip the step that had an error to be able to delete.
Steps
- Log into Clarity - Classic View
- Go to Administration>>Data Administration>>Processes
- Click on the Initiated tab and Search for the process
- Click the flag under Messages
- Check the box next to the failed steps
- Click the 'Skip Problem' button
- In the Initiated tab, check the box next to the process
- Click 'Delete'
