Issue/Introduction

An action "User Input - Choose from Available Options" blocks the deployment process waiting the input of the user which should choose an option in a list.

 

 

Does exist a timeout or time limit for action "User Input - Choose from Available Options" ?

If no user input is done, does the action fail in timeout ?

Cause

Release Automation - All Versions

Resolution

Task "User Input - Choose from Available Options" is a blocking action and there is not timeout.

 

So it could wait for several hours or days. It waits until we enter the option.

There is no time limitation on this task.

If nothing is done, the deployment could stay blocked with this action for several days.
