After updating production Systems to 21.0.8 ILM switch not completed

Issue/Introduction
The customer detected retrospectively that ILM issue happened at the first Partition switch attempt after the update of this system to version 21.0.4
A quarantine message was found on this system.
Message:

The customer tried to delete a partition, but this failed, and this caused the PWP process to crash and another WP took over the PWP role.
ILM switch was not finished in different systems in version 21.0.8.
It was completed for some of the tables on each system.
And for a few like AH, RH, MELD tables the max_runids were not generated.
Environment
AE 21.0.8 on Oracle with ILM activated
Cause
This is a defect in ILM detected in version 21.0.8.
A problem existed where the PWP crashes on ILM actions if one process cannot be halted.
Resolution
This bug was fixed in AE 21.0.9 which is now available.
