Assignments filter with string attribute does not stick

Issue/Introduction

On the Assignments module  in MUX when including a string attribute such as Name (task name) in the filter, the filter will work initially, but once saved and switching to a different screen and back, the filter does not work and all records are shown.

STR:

1) In MUX go the an investment's assignments module/tab.  If no assignments create some. 

2) Create a filter with attributes:

    - Resource = Active

    - Name (task) contains and use part of a name of one of your tasks

3) Observe that the filter works

4) Save filter

5) Switch to a different page and come back or refresh this page

6) Observe the assignments results

Expected Results:  Filter returns just the records you expect

Actual Results:  All records are returned
