The documentation discusses how to install /get files for UMA

Install UMA

For installation, you download the Universal Monitoring Agent (UMA) :

DX APM SaaS -- SAAS Agent Download link

For OpenShift and Kubernetes, you can install and configure the UMA using a Helm Chart installation script, Kubernetes Operator, or an application YAML file.

Docker Hub and Red Hat Monitor also has UMA files to install,

2.  UMA does not currently support HTTPS endpoints. Only HTTP.
