Rally (Next Gen Beta) adapter in ConnectALL - When configuring an automation, validating the Connections takes a long time or times out and fails

Issue/Introduction

When a Rally Next Gen Beta automation is created, associate a Rally Next Gen Beta Connection with it, and then attempt to validate that connection. ConnectALL just says 'Processing...' and takes an excessive amount of time before failing with a 502 proxy error.

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create a Rally Next Gen Beta automation
• Associate a Rally Next Gen Beta Connection with it
• Attempt to validate that connection.

 

Actual Results:

There is an error in ConnectALL -  'Processing...' and it takes an excessive amount of time before failing with a 502 proxy error. 

 

Expected Results: 

The connection should be validated in a couple of seconds

 

Troubleshooting Done and Findings:

This occurs in 3.3.0.2 and 3.3.0.3

It appears that this may be related to the fact that the Rally subscription with which the user in the connection is associated has a very, very large number of workspaces - some Open and some Closed. 

If I configure a Connection for a user that belongs to a subscription with a smaller number of Workspaces and use that Connection in an automation, the Validation step still takes longer than I would expect, but it will Validate successfully.
