apm_bridge probe and oi_connector probe: HIGH CPU/Memory on our Windows HUB Server

Issue/Introduction

We enabled/configured the apm_bridge probe and the oi_connector probe on our Windows UIM server, 20.4, cu8. Ever since then, our hub server has been at 100%cpu and high memory, our sys admin has also rebooted it several times, we see 2 "OpenJDK Platform binary" in the task manager using all the CPU and memory, as soon as I deactivated the oi_connector and apm_bridge probes, cpu/memory on our hub back to normal.

oi_connector 1.55 resolves this issue

apm_bridge 1.10 resolves this issue

In some cases, with the Java-based probes, paradoxically the CPU and Memory usage can also climb high if the maximum Java memory settings are set too low.  It may be helpful to edit the probe settings and set the maximum memory usage/heap size higher and check the result.
