This document describes how to define the bulk email address for Email Security Cloud.

Cause

Instructions on defining the bulk email address for Email Security.

Resolution

If a spam detection method includes the action to Append a header and redirect to a bulk mail address, you must define the address which the spam mail is redirected to.

To define a bulk email address, please do the following:

• Select Dashboard> Services > Anti-Spam.
• Click the Detection Settings tab.
• In the Bulk Mail Address area, enter the email address to redirect the spam mail to. This field is inactive unless one of the spam detection actions is Append a header and redirect to a bulk mail address.
• Click Save and Exit.

Confirmation of the setting is displayed.
