We just applied service pack 1 to 10.8 and in the webview log we are seeing a reoccurring warning message, every few minutes:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: COMPLETED
In your 10.8 GA Webview Properties file and your 10.8 SP1 Webview Properties file,
both show the same below.
# The port on which WebView listens for HTTPS and HTTP traffic
introscope.webview.tcp.port=8443
introscope.webview.tcp.port=8080
So it seems this happened during the 10.7 HF 87 to 10.8 GA upgrade. But in 10.8, if WebView was used, you would have seen this issue.
Once the introscope.webview.tcp.port=8080 line was commented out, WebView was restarted and the warning was not seen again.
