Getting GIM24701W messages when doing the SMP/E ACCEPT step of the ACF2 installation. For example:
GIM24701W SMP/E COULD NOT OBTAIN LINK-EDIT PARAMETERS FOR LOAD MODULE module FOR SYSMOD CAX1G01. DEFAULTS WERE USED.
GIM20501I ACCEPT PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 04.
Is this a problem?
GIM24701W only occurs the first time a module is linked into a dist library and there is no module to replace. SMP/E looks for linkedit attributes in a LEPARM on the ++MOD statement, and if no LEPARM, it looks for them in the existing module in the distribution library. If the module does not exist there, SMP/E takes the defaults of RENT, REUS, and REFR---and puts out the message GIM24701W.
The GIM24701W are warnings, are acceptable and can be ignored.
