Cannot create keystore with null or empty certificate when starting a PAM Agent

Issue/Introduction

The following error occurs when starting the PAM Agent:

Cannot create keystore with null or empty certificate 

Environment

ITPAM 4.4

Cause

Certificate from Orchestrator not loaded in the PAM Agent

Resolution

Re-install the PAM agent following the steps below:

1. Go to the PAM Agent Server

2. Open the browser and go to PAM URL > Log into PAM > Configuration > Installation > Install Agent > Follow the steps to complete the installation.
