Observability Designer 23.4.1 creates invalid folder structure when using dots in the title

Issue/Introduction

When you create an observability view and give it a name like: test_23.4.1 (including dots), the operator console creates many sub-folders (caused by dots "."):

This behavior will be fixed in CU2, which is planned for mid-July tentatively.
