prusertext1 attribute is not included in the Project Xogout

Issue/Introduction

The Text 1 attribute under Project object is not included in the project xogout. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login and navigate to Projects (Classic)
2. In the Project list page, configure the attribute Text 1
Note: Text 1 is an OOTB Project attribute with the id: prusertext1
3. Populate a value for Text 1 as abcdef
4. Xogout the entire project using the xml in prj_projects_read.xml file
Expected: The attribute prusertext1 and its value abcdef is present in the xogout xml. 
Actual: The attribute is not included in the xogout xml.
