The current timestamp shown in the Scoreboard, "Scoreboard as of" timestamp, and tickets, such as Activity logs, are in UTC instead of your local time zone. How does CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) determines the current time?
The timestamps shown after "Scoreboard as of" in the Scoreboard and the ones in tickets use OS locale (Time zone) setting where the browser is displayed. Check what time zone is specified on your PC where you open the web browser and accessed SDM.
