safex tag for replacing a policy attribute

Issue/Introduction

The resource for an EEM policy currently has ABC. The safex command is run containing an update to the policy with the <AddOrModify> tag that has the resource tag set as "<Resource>XYZ</Resource>. The policy ends up with a resource that contains both ABC and XYZ. 

Requirement is to have the attribute replaced with the value but not add a new one to the existing list.

Cause

It is By Design 

Resolution

Below are the allowed practice to follow:

• There is no tag available to replace the existing value with the one from the xml file that is imported.
• Remove the policy completely and then re-add it with the modified value(s).
• Use the <Remove> tag to delete the policy in the same file, similar to the <AddorModify> to edit it.
• Make sure the contents within the <AddOrModify> contains all of the attributes for the policy and not just the attribute(s) that are changing.
