DX NetOps Portal Dashboard loads in the middle

Issue/Introduction

The DX NetOps Portal Dashboards are loading in the middle.

Custom Dashboards load on a View in the middle of the report. Why doesn't it load at the top of the report?

Why doesn't the Dashboard report in Portal start at the top, with the first View chart? It goes to the middle first for some reason.

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management Portal releases

Cause

By design the Alarms View renders at the end of the Dashboards run. As a result it pulls the focus of the page from the top and targets that final View to load.

Resolution

When using Alarms Views on custom Dashboards, ensure they are at the top of the Dashboard.
