Issue/Introduction

The Clarity MUX Date picker has changed across Clarity releases. What is the expected display for the first day of the week?

Cause

Some libraries used by the date pickers have been changed

Resolution

In 16.0.2 and below, the date picker would show Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week based on the user locale. It would show Sunday as the first day of the week when the user logged in would have English as the locale, but Monday when the user would have Spanish, Italian, French etc

Between 16.0.3 and 16.2.3 the date picker in MUX and Classic PPM always shows Sunday as the first day. Regardless of the locale of the user you are logged in with Sunday is always the first day of the date picker.

As of 16.3.0 it is targeted that the date picker will display Sunday or Monday as first day of the week based on the user locale
