Change the attributes that the timeline view is based on - MUX

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to change the date attributes, depending on which the timeline is shown, in various modules of the Modern UX?

For instance, in the Idea timeline view, the timeline horizontal bars are shown based on the start and finish dates of an idea. When changes are made using these bars, the start and finish dates get affected. Would it be possible to change this logic, and make the timelines appears based on 'Estimated Start Date' and 'Estimated Finish Date' instead?
