Issue/Introduction

After upgrading OPS/MVS getting errors:
OPS3000S ESTAE LEVEL 1 PROGRAM CHECK CODE=0C1 TIME=23:22:58
OPS3006I PSW AT TIME OF ERROR 078C2000 80000002 ILC 2 INTC 0
OPS3007I CURRENT ROUTINE NAME=OPOCCP ADDRESS=163000C0

Environment

OPS/MVS R14.0 
Z/OS

Cause

The abend is a mixed maintenance error.
OPS/MVS has been upgraded.  
ISPF environment is still referencing the old OPS/MVS LOADLIB.

Resolution

Need to check ISPF procs and OPS CLISTs to ensure you are running with the updated loadlibs (CCLXLOAD)
There may be an old version of OPS/MVS loadlib in the LINKLIST

Also check OPSAEX resides in the LPA.  This can be added dynamically with command:
SETPROG LPA,ADD,MODNAME=OPSAEX,DSN=hlq.OPSMVS.CCLXLOAD
