Issue/Introduction

It is noticed that, suddenly, DLP enforce login using AD authentication is failing for all users. No changes have been made to DLP enforce settings regarding AD authentication and also no changes done from AD end.

Environment

DLP 15.x, 16.x

Resolution

Please check, if recently, there are any Windows patches installed on this DLP enforce server and DC servers. Windows patches also could cause such authentication issues. In such cases, we need to restart enforce services in order to reset connection between DLP enforce and DC. This will fix AD authentication issues.
