Delete Investment job leaves orphan odf_ca_task records - Classic

Issue/Introduction

 If investments are part of a hierarchy (in Classic) and the investments are then marked for deletion and deleted from the database, their corresponding record is odf_ca_task is not removed when the investment is deleted. 

 

STR:

1.  Create 2 financially enabled projects which can be added to a master project Hierarchy

    - they can be created in Classic or MUX but the hierarchy is only the hierarchy in classic projects

 

2.  In Classic add these 2 projects to a master project on the Hierarchy tab.

    - the 2 proxy tasks will be created in prtask as well as odf_ca_task tables.

    - Note the prid and id for these tasks

 

3. Financially close (if applicable), inactivate and mark your 2 newly created project for deletion.

 

4. Run the Delete Investments and Time Reporting Periods job

 

Expected Result:  The proxy task records are removed from both prtask table as well as odf_ca_task_table

 

Actual Results: The records are removed from prtask but remain in odf_ca_task table
