OBS Field in post-condition step for custom investment is making the process to hung/stuck

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to have an OBS condition at the process post condition steps but the process is getting stuck. The same condition works in start of the process but not on the post conditions of the process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

 1. Create or use an existing Custom Investment
 2. Make sure it is associated with an OBS
 3. Create an instance of the custom investment and choose an obs which was associated in step 2
 4. Create a simple process using this custom investment as the primary object
    - Choose any simple start condition
 5. Process Start Step
 6. Create a post-condition and use  the OBS associated in Step 3 
    - Use the Binoculars and choose the OBS from the tree itself
      Mine looks like (Cust Inv.thisCust Inv is part of 'organizational:/All Groups/Administration')
 7. Set 'Then Go To' = Finish
 8. Validate and activate the process
 9. Go to your instance of the custom investment you created in Step 3 and ensure process is started based on the start condition selected.
 10. Set OBS to the same as defined in the post condition of the process.
 11. Observe process is stuck and does not move to next step. 

Expected Results: Process moves to next step. 

Actual Results: Process gets stuck at the post condition validation.
