How to turn off the functionality in Cloud SWG which synchronizes admin user privileges to CloudSoc

Issue/Introduction

There is an automatic feature in Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG or CSWG) that brings the admins into CloudSOC Audit which dynamically creates a sysAdmin in CloudSOC with that user name.

 

Resolution

There is the possibility to turn that off for you via our Cloud Ops team if you do not wish to have it enabled. 

To do that please raise a case with our Support team and supply this article along with your CSWG and CloudSoc tenant details where this functionality should be turned off.
