Isolation action is removed in Management Center UPE policy

Issue/Introduction

WI policy forwarding policy rule shows "none" instead of "isolate" itself after using UPE (Management Center) multiple times.

Cause

For Web Isolation rule, UPE policy always needs to be managed from "Web-based" VPM instead of legacy Java based VPM. Since Java based VPM does not support isolation action and it sets the field to "none" every time you push policy from java console.

Resolution

UPE VPM policy must be managed through web-based console.
