UIM 23.4: MCS Profiles configuration menu displays a blank page, empty or missing fields

Issue/Introduction

Monitoring profiles display a blank page or a 'Failed to retrieve the UI profile for profileID" error

 

Copy Profile menu is missing the Select Location pull down menu

 

Environment

Release: DX UIM 23.4 and 23.4.1

Component: MCS

Cause

Known issue with configuration_reader_service_23.4.0 and configuration_reader_service_23.4.1

Resolution

1. Download and import the attached mcsuiapp_portlet v23.4.1T1 package to the UIM archive
2. Deactivate the wasp on the OC
3. Deploy the mcsuiapp_portlet v23.4.1T1 to the OC
4. Activate the wasp on OC
