How to rename the Endevor Element Catalog?

Issue/Introduction
The Element Catalog has the Endevor Version number as part of the data set names and want to rename it to something without the version.
What is the correct way to do this?

Here is how to change the name of the Element Catalog data sets - uprfx.uqual.ELMCATL & uprfx.uqual.ELMCATL.EINDEX:
1) Open a proactive case with Broadcom's Endevor Support.
2) Backup current version. Use the Endevor Unload, Reload, and Validate utilities, if applicable.
3) All users must be logged off Endevor.
4) Copy the Element Catalog files using IDCAMS Repro to new files with the new names or Rename the files using an IDCAMS Alter
5) Update the names in C1DEFLTS, assemble and relink it
6) Run the BC1JXCNM job with UPDATE option in the iprfx.iqual.CSIQJCL library
