ASM accounts (subaccounts) is SAML enabled to login to the ASM UI site.
The SAML certificate is expiring soon, would like to know what steps are needed to be performed to continue to use login via SAML (via SSO).
Open support case with support team. Provide your new certificate. The certificate must be the public certificate and in PEM format. Support team will update the certificate on ASM SAAS side
Once new certificate is place try the following.
1. Try logging in with a SAML user. If a user is already logged in, then have the user log out and log back in. If successful, no further action is needed.
2. If the user cannot login, then use the metadata xml and have it apply to the Azure AD. You can ask Support team for metadata xml .
