Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Service Desk v17.4, on the Service Point window we are experiencing issues with the main front-end. Currently, the page loads without the logo; instead, there is an error-like space as seen in the image.

When viewing the browser activity with the Chrome "F12" developer console, it was showing an error message for the image:

Error message of interest contains the phrase "unsafe:unsafe:data:image/png;base64"

Environment

Service Desk Manager v17.4 RU1

Resolution

The formal fix will be included in the RU2

If you search in the "Fixed Issues" list for RU2 you will not see this problem listed.  However, Engineering has confirmed the fix for this is in RU2.
