Issue/Introduction

An user of the application reports that her session gets logged out automatically, when she comes back to the application after a certain period of inactivity. The Load Balancer timeout is set at 30 minutes. The application inactivity timeout is defined at 1 hour under Administration -> System Options.

Cause

Inactivity timeout threshold being hit in the application.

Resolution

This is an expected behaviour. When the period of inactivity reaches the threshold defined in the application, the application does not let an user interact with it till a new session is obtained.
