CA Application Performance Management (APM / Wily / Introscope)

Issue/Introduction

We are using 10.7.0 version APM at this company currently we are able monitor for our front end Linux JBoss nodes memory, CPU, per minute request count and our database pool information only. But we are looking some more monitoring with APM like all class files usage, all end point information etc. We will attach our configuration and logs to case ticket. 

Resolution

 You are using unsupported release APM 10.7 (SP2?) And apparently do not have extended support for APM 10.7. Please upgrade to APM 10.8

Please open a New case ONLY if have questions on APM 10.8 or have issues after upgrading. First upgrade to APM 10.7 HF 84 before upgrading to APM 10.8
