Read-only users cannot preview long values in the variable tab of a JOBP

Issue/Introduction

A read-only cannot properly review long variable values or values covering multiple lines in the variable tab in Properties of a JOBP.

A popup shows the content when hovering over the field but its content is unreadable because carriage returns are removed or added randomly.
