Portlet page filter is not displayed

Issue/Introduction

You create a customized portlet that includes a portlet filter but the filter does not display on the portlet

Steps to Recreate

1. In Classic View, go to Administration>>Studio
2. Create a new portlet page
3. On Content, select the content you require
4. On page filter, select the filter you created
5. Save and Return
6. Go to Home>>General
7. Click the wrench icon on the far right
8. Add a new page
9. Add the Content required
10. Save and Continue
11. Add the Portlet Filter and click Save
12. Click Return and return again
13. Go to the tab

Expected Results - You will see the custom portlets and the custom portlet filter

Actual Results - The custom portlets display but the portlet filter does not

The filter attributes were not mapped

Resolution

The filter attributes are not mapped

1. Go to Administration>>Studio>>Portlets
2. Open the filter portlet you created
3. Go to Portlet pages
4. Click on the Field Mappings icon
5. Select an option in the mapping field column
